If you change your mind
We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. That’s why we are happy to accept product returns for up to 30 days after delivery. Returned items will be refunded to the payment method used when you placed your order. To be eligible for this, products must be in new and unused condition and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges to send the products back to us, and any shipping charges incurred in your original order will not be included in the refund.
If your item has arrived damaged or if you believe that it has developed a fault, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and do not further use your product. Any items that are confirmed to have been damaged during shipping or having developed a fault due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period will be eligible for a replacement.
